The space
Inside this cheerful beach home, we’ve created a light and airy feel for the ultimate relaxation with your family. The living room features plush sofas and flatscreen TV, where you can watch cable or log into your own streaming services via our ROKU.
Fire up the grill on your patio and eat dinner together at our outdoor dining table for six or utilize our indoor seating. In the kitchen you’ll find all the necessities for cooking up a full meal or just a snack for the beach, a 5 min walk away.
Our dining area & kitchen are open concept right off the living area. Skip the trips to the coffee shop - our home includes a coffee bar equipped with a standard coffee pot & kcup maker along with everything you need for making coffee including syrups!
A half bathroom downstairs allows for easy teeth brushing before bed without crowding the full bath upstairs.
Upstairs, you can easily keep up with the laundry in our laundry room off the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features an en suite shared bathroom, and both bedrooms feature flatscreen TVs.

*No smoking, no parties, no pets.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years of age. The guest reserving the property must be on site throughout the trip including overnight and may not reserve for those who are under minimum booking age. Photo ID is required upon booking for the safety of hosts and guests. *This is our personal home, please treat it as such. We are not a hotel, we’re a family committed to sharing our comfortable, clean, and stylish space with you! * There is parking for a max of 2 vehicles.
* We are happy to host the WHOLE family! There is an additional one-time pet fee of $150 for a max of 2 dogs. Please note this fee does not cover damages or additional cleaning cost. Issues such as but not limited to; soiling on rugs, chewing up furniture etc. will be the charged to the guest. To avoid such damages, dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Dogs must be leashed and wasted disposed of properly when outdoors.
* We strongly encourage trip insurance in case there is any need to cancel your trip. There are no refunds for inclement weather or potential storms unless under a government issued mandatory evacuation.
*Host is not responsible for availability of complimentary resort amenities including but not limited to pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, putt putt, cafe, beachfront bathrooms, beachfront pool.
* Checkout instructions: We only ask that you remove all trash and place in outside bins in addition to loading your dirty dishes into the dishwasher and running. Thanks!
